A therapy practice focusing on transitions throughout the lifespan.
Sometimes life can exceed physical and emotional limits. Stresses at work and at home can be insidious, leaving you feeling exhausted, frustrated, and stuck. And other times, big life events occur. Lacking the internal or physical coping skills is not a reflection of laziness or motivation. You would never train for a marathon by walking a couple of miles every other day, but you also can't start running 10 miles every day and not expect to get injured. Life's stressors can be that way too. Developing coping strategies to maintain a balanced life takes daily practice.
My work is grounded in mindfulness, evidence-based techniques, and collaboration. My goal is to help you re-align with your values. When we live outside our values, we lose our ability to see possibilities and make decisions that allow us to move through stressful times.
